Human Resource (HR) is the main person in organisation, or we can say that HR is the backbone of a company. Growth, profit or losses in a company all are depends on HR. How we can say this that HR’s are main pillar of company because HR hires the people through a filtration process called interview rounds. Filtering the candidates by taking different- different type of interview rounds. After this filtration program HR finds the suitable person for an organisation HR hires that candidate and after hiring the performance of those candidates can increase or decrease the growth graph of company. So, before we hire a candidate for company, we must hire a good quality HR and according to my experience listed main qualities should be there in a Good HR Manager. The lists I have mentioned below, these are the main qualities for a Prefect HR Manager.

In an HR this quality is most important because Accountability is synonymous with answerability, culpability, accountability, and the obligation of delivering an account in terms of
ethics and governance. It has been at the center of discussions pertaining to issues in the public sector, nonprofit, private, and individual contexts, just like in a governance aspect.
Every day’s daily routine HR gets so many tasks to do or get the task done by others so at that time a HR should have the quality of Accomplishment so the act of completing something get done successfully.

The concept of
accuracy is one that every sort of management system uses, and it is both ubiquitous and intriguing to an HR manager. It is described as an assessment of correctness or as how closely the values that are evaluated are to the desired aim for HR managers in the selection of the best candidates. As a result, if assessments of proper candidate selection are accurate, an organization's growth will be close to its intended rate.

Monitoring one's own and others'
well-being, progress, and obstacles is a constant part of a human resource manager's job. In order to fulfil this role, which entails assisting others in achieving their objectives and aspirations, you will frequently need to let go of your own.
A trustworthy and dependable leader is someone who is easy to work with. Also, keep an open mind and pay attention. Step into
empathy and embrace
compassion. Before giving out answers, drawing any judgments, or assuming what their team members need,
approachable leaders ask plenty of questions.

However, Human Resource manager may learn to cultivate their capacity for
open-mindedness. Some people have a natural tendency to like novel experiences or ideas and they have different type of mindset, while some people are more open-minded than others, everyone may learn to be more open-minded.
For a Human Resource Manager
Ensuring good communication is a difficulty that managers have while managing teams. There is a risk for misunderstandings from time to time because each team member has a unique personality and different reason or state with state MTI (Mother Tongue In fluency).
Communication issues can worsen and have a negative impact on relationships at work and productivity.
Discipline is an approach used by management to modify undesirable performance and behaviour using a corrective action process. At the onset of any employee performance or conduct issues, supervisors are strongly encouraged to contact Employee Relations staff for assistance. Discipline means perfectness in everything like his/her timing, dressing, work delivering etc. Discipline is the main part of everyone’s life not just for Human Resource but if a Human Resource Manager is more disciplined in his life personal or professional life, he/she will be more successful in its life.
Dedication is a strong feeling of loyalty and support for someone or something. In the workplace, dedication means having a strong work ethic and feeling connected to the organization. Dedicated employees are reliable, show up on time, meet deadlines, and follow instructions. They also seek to improve themselves and the organization. Dedication is an essential quality for professionals. It can set apart successful individuals from those who struggle to make progress in their careers. Same as Discipline dedication is also playing a very important role in HR Managers personal or professional life. Dedication towards his/her duties takes a HR Manager to next level in its
professional growth.
